FAQ Database   How do I cancel my service with Datona Communications?   To cancel your account, you will need to fill out a cancellation form located inside the member’s area. Accounts must be cancelled two days before your next rebill is due. Account cancellation can take up to 24 hours to be activated giving you time to backup your data. It is the sole responsibility of the client to backup your data before the account is removed.
