Do you have a refund policy?
 
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee in case our customers are not satisfied for any reasons with the services provided by us. To cancel your account you will need to use the cancel feature inside the members area only.

Please note that if any charges are involved in the refund (e.g. Credit Card charge by Card issuer) will be deducted from the money refunded.

All overcharges or billing disputes must be reported within 10 days of the time the dispute occurred.
